- No you are not but neither was I on line using TIN with the software I
- mentioned above. That *WAS* the original question, "How do you read news
- OFFLINE with TIN?". I don't want to read online. I do have a flat rate account
- with my ISP ($17/month) and a seperate phone line in my house for net
- connections but why should I tie up a modem on my ISP's end to read on line?
